Step two: Ongoing management — quoted hourly

If you want it handled from there, I take the account over. Because no two accounts need the same hours, this one's quoted, not off-the-shelf. After the audit I'll send you an hourly rate and a realistic monthly hours estimate, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

What ongoing management covers:

  • Campaign setup and management. Campaign builds, audience and keyword targeting, bidding, budget allocation, plus ongoing testing and optimisation.
  • Ad creative. Ad copy written for you, and design or edits on the assets. Not just an account manager, someone who makes the ads too.
  • Tracking and tags. Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4 and conversion events set up properly and kept working, so you're optimising on real data.
  • Reporting and strategy. A monthly report in plain English, plus a call to walk through what happened and what we're doing next.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google by you and is not included in management hours.
